Shipping
We currently deliver within the European Union. We are continuously working to expand our delivery area so that we can soon ship to additional countries.
Delivery area (EU)
We currently ship to the following European Union countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.
Carrier & delivery time
Shipping is handled by DHL. Delivery generally takes 2–5 business days – in most cases your parcel will reach you within 2–3 business days. Depending on DHL's workload and the volume of orders, it may occasionally take a little longer.

DHL Express is available for a surcharge of €5. With DHL Express, your parcel is given priority: when order volumes are high, you skip the queue, and your parcel is processed and dispatched faster. It is the fastest shipping option we can offer to deliver your parcel to you. This option is available for all countries within the European Union.
Shipping costs are the same for all EU countries. The actual delivery time depends on the destination country and the respective shipping volume – however, we are among the fastest providers.
Additional countries (in preparation)
We are already working on expanding our delivery area beyond Europe – including towards the USA, Dubai, and additional countries worldwide. We expect to be able to ship to these countries within the next 3–4 months.
Refunds & Returns
Our products are sealed research chemicals. For reasons of health and consumer protection, and to ensure product integrity, returns and refunds are generally excluded once the seal has been opened or the product has been shipped.
In the following cases, we will of course find a solution:
- Transit damage: Should your goods arrive damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with clear photos. We will offer you a replacement or a refund.
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery: Should your order be incorrect or incomplete, please also contact us within 14 days of receipt.
In these cases, please contact us with your order number. We will take care of your request as quickly as possible.
