(1) These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") apply to the entire online shop at www.peptideclub.net (hereinafter "Online Shop" or "Peptide Club") as well as to all contracts concluded via this Online Shop between us and you as the customer.

They are intended solely for research, analytical, and development purposes carried out by suitably qualified persons and institutions.

(2) The products are not intended for human or animal use, not for ingestion, not for injection, and not for any other form of consumption or application on or in the body of humans or animals. The products are not medicinal products, food, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or medical devices, and are not offered as such.

• use the products exclusively for research purposes in a laboratory and never on or in the human or animal body,
• not inject, not ingest, not inhale the products, and not apply them in any other way on or in the body,
• have the products handled exclusively by competent and qualified persons who are familiar with the safe handling of laboratory chemicals,
• store the products out of the reach of children, unauthorised persons, and animals,
• independently comply with all applicable legal provisions, safety obligations, and duties of care at the respective place of use, and
• bear sole responsibility for any non-intended use.

(5) The products have not been tested, approved, or authorised by any pharmaceutical, food, or other supervisory or regulatory authority for use on humans or animals. We make no representations, promises, or warranties of any kind regarding any health, medical, therapeutic, or performance-enhancing effect. All information on the website is provided solely for informational purposes in a research context and does not constitute medical advice.

(6) By completing the order process (in particular by clicking the order or purchase button), the customer expressly and bindingly confirms that:

• they have read, understood, and accepted this notice in full,
• they are purchasing and using the products exclusively as research chemicals,
• they will not inject, not ingest, and not apply the products on or in the human or animal body,
• they are of legal age and have full legal capacity, and
• they bear sole responsibility, at their own risk, for all risks associated with the acquisition, handling, use, or distribution of the products.

(7) We accept no liability for damage arising from any non-intended use of the products – in particular through ingestion, injection, or any other application on or in the body. Responsibility for this lies solely with the customer.

(1) The presentation of products in the Online Shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order.

(2) By clicking the order or purchase button (e.g. "Buy now" / "Place order"), you submit a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract for the products contained in your shopping cart. By placing the order, you simultaneously declare your agreement with these Terms, including the notice set out in section 2.

(3) The purchase contract is concluded as soon as we accept your order by means of an order confirmation or by dispatching the goods.

(4) Upon conclusion of the purchase contract, you bindingly acquire the ordered goods and are obliged to pay the stated purchase price.

(1) All prices stated in the Online Shop are final prices and include – where applicable – statutory value added tax. Shipping costs are shown separately and, where applicable, are added (see section 5 and our Shipping & return policy).

(3) The Seller reserves the right, in individual cases, to exclude certain payment methods as well as to decline or cancel individual orders – in particular in the event of suspected fraud, payment default, abusive use, or other objective reasons.

(1) We deliver within the European Union as well as to the other countries listed on the website. Shipping to the USA and to additional countries worldwide is in preparation and is expected to be available shortly.

(2) Direct delivery to Switzerland is currently not possible. However, you may provide a delivery address in Germany and have your order sent there.

(3) Shipping generally takes 2 to 5 business days. If the express option is selected, delivery is correspondingly faster. The actual delivery time depends on the destination country and the respective order volume.

(4) During peak times, public holidays, promotions, or high order volumes, the delivery time may be delayed. We accept no liability for delays that are outside our control – in particular delays caused by shipping service providers or within the supply chain.

(5) Shipping costs are generally borne by the customer. For orders of €100 or more, Peptide Club covers the shipping costs within the EU (standard shipping). Details on shipping costs and options can be found on our Shipping & return policy.

(1) The statutory provisions on liability for defects apply.

(2) We are liable without limitation for damage arising from injury to life, body, or health resulting from an intentional or negligent breach of duty, as well as for damage based on intent or gross negligence. Otherwise, our liability is – to the extent permitted by law – limited to foreseeable damage typical for the contract.

(3) Liability for damage arising from any non-intended use of the products, in particular contrary to the intended use as research chemicals pursuant to section 2, is excluded.

We process your personal data in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the other applicable data protection provisions. For details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

(1) Should individual provisions of these Terms be or become wholly or partly invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

(2) The applicable law shall apply; mandatory consumer protection provisions of the state in which the customer has their habitual residence shall remain unaffected.

(3) The German-language version of these Terms shall prevail.
